One couch, a mattress, or a fridge
Great for one-off replacements.
Small load
A bedroom set or a handful of boxes and chairs
Roughly a quarter of a truck.
Half load
A one-car garage corner or small basement storage room
Typical for partial cleanouts.
Full load
A packed garage, full basement or estate room-by-room
Big cleanouts; may need more than one trip.
Responsible removal
Not everything belongs in a landfill.
Where it's practical, we look for better options first. What's possible depends on the item's condition and local facilities — and we'll always be straight with you about it.
Reuse & donate
Usable furniture and household goods can be set aside for donation when suitable.
Recycle
Metals, appliances, electronics and cardboard separated where facilities accept them.
Special handling
Items like fridges with refrigerants go to facilities equipped to handle them.
Proper disposal
